Our company can handle casting of thin-walled, thick-walled, and complex shapes, as well as casting in three frames. The molding method uses hand-formed self-hardening molds and can accommodate special materials. We use a "vibration table (manufactured by Toyo Machinery)" in our molding line, which allows us to compact the sand tightly, resulting in beautifully finished cast products.
